The are automatically consumed instead of when traveling in the World-Beyond when you are 3 kilometers or more away from the city.
Increasing your maximum EP[edit]
The initial maximum that a citizen has is 0. You then can increase it in three ways:
- The Scout profession increases the maximum by 2, if choosed.
- The Worn-out sports shoes increase the maximum by 1, if equiped.
- The Mountain bike increases the maximum by 2, if equiped.
Skills and Professional tools[edit]
- The skill Second wind gives based on your Endurance Level.
- The professional tool Survival Guide doesn't give any in any situation.
Restoring EP[edit]
Each night (if you survive the Attack, of course), you will be restored to your maximum . There are also numerous methods to gain beyond this, but they are only applied if you have equiped the Worn-out sports shoes or Mountain bike.
Food[edit]
You can eat a single piece of Food each day. Doing so will give you the Fed status.
- Eating basic food restores your to the maximum.
- Eating premium food restores your to the maximum.
Water[edit]
- Unless you are Dehydrated!, drinking from a water source restores your to the maximum and gives you the Refreshed status. Even when Refreshed, you can still drink again if you are Thirsty or Dehydrated!, which will improve your status ( Dehydrated! to Thirsty or Thirsty to normal) , but it will not yield any extra either.
Drugs[edit]
Some Drugs can restore . Using any drug will give you the Drugged status. This does not prevent you from using additional drugs, but doing so will give you the Hooked! status.
- Taking Anabolic Steroids restores your to the maximum.
- Taking Twinoid 500mg restores your to the maximum, plus 1.
Alcohol[edit]
Drinking alcohol restores your to the maximum and gives you the Drunk status, preventing you from drinking any more alcohol that day. This will be replaced by the Hungover status the following day, preventing you from drinking that day, too.
