Uses

• Making a Burning Laser Pointer (4 charges) by combining Laser Diode with Wire Reel, Copper Pipe, Handful of nuts and bolts and Novelty Torch (2 charges).
• Increase odds of finding items in a zone where its dropped at nightime. Works with someone holding it.
• Depletes 1 charge per day, depleting a charge gives Novelty Torch (1 charge).
