This was put together through my experience during this game. Talking to higher up players & dying In towns. etc.
You can change it any way you want. Just take out and put what you want in.
In this guide, I give a easy plan to follow. And will easily get you to Day 4 if followed. I've used it many time to test it and it works. I break down each day's constructions and reasons.
But I can't say it will get you farther. How long you last is not just based on your buildings, but on players. Scavenging, team work and communication are the number 1 thing to making a long lasting town.

- Defensive Focus: Provides a boost to the defense of the Town, as each Defensive Object becomes more defensive with each voted upgrade.
- Butcher/ Cremato-Cue: Allows access to Butchering delicious animals for food. Yummy!
- Scanner/ Predictor: These allow easier and faster updates for the Watchtower and even allow you to see tomorrow's attack!
- Foundations and beyond: These buildings require much effort and coordination but the payoff is remarkable.
- Faucet: Lets citizens refill water guns and plastic bags for FREE!
- The Big Rebuild: Adds 180 defense to the Town.
- False Town: Adds 210 defense to the Town.
- Mechanical Pump: Adds 150 rations to the Well.
- Cannon Mounds and beyond: The Mounds (wink wink nudge nudge) are used as bases for the more powerful turrets that follow. The turrets are:
- Hydraulic Network/ Eden Project/ Drilling Rig/Various Water Projects: Adds water to the Well and increases Defenses.

- While blueprints have rendered any set building orders useless, it is still more or less the ideal building order. I'm going to leave it for now, but it will definitely be reworked as the season progresses. --Mazt 15:04, 23 July 2011 (PDT)
