[v·e] 1033 Workshop
The advancement of a town depends on the construction of a shabby workshop full of nondescript clutter. It allows resources to be converted and is a pre-requisite for the construction of other more advanced buildings.

The hammer of hammers, the sawing of saws, they all take place in this important building. Who knows who had the idea of it?

The Workshop allows towns to refine resources for construction. It is often one of the first buildings to be constructed as other buildings depend on the resources it provides. Local towns are provided with a pre-constructed Workshop.

Use[edit]

  • Once built you can visit the workshop in Town and refine an item for 3 .
    • Constructing a Factory will permanently reduce the cost by 1.
    • Finding a Damaged Hacksaw and repairing it (to yield a Hacksaw) will reduce the cost by 1, but only if it is in your Inventory while doing conversions.
    • With a Factory constructed and a Hacksaw in your inventory, each conversion costs 1 only.
  • Upgrading the building will reduce the cost of constructing new buildings.
  • With the Technicians Workbench built you can even select the yield of dismantleable Resources and openable Containers and Boxes.
