So yesterday you were just thinking to yourself "I'll be fine. I only coughed up a bit of blood, it's not like I'm so sick that I might wake up late tomorrow with a headache." Well, think again, because judging from the pace of your heart, you're not going to wake up for a long, long time, but at least you earned a rare 
Distinction.
Activity[edit]
- Die from an
Infection.
- When killed by a
Reactor explosion, in addition to the 
Atomic death distinction the player also earns 
Deaths by Infection.
Titles[edit]
After accumulating certain amounts of Deaths by Infection Distinctions the following titles will be unlocked:
- 20× = Partially Putrified
- 40× = Infected with a poison
- 75× = Blood 'n' Bile Spitter
- 100× = Harbinger of the Plague
- 150× = I've got a sore tummy...
