  • Build: Compact Detonator creates a Plastic Bag and Semtex
  • Build: Plastic Bag does nothing, unless a Water Ration is also in your inventory, which then creates a Water Bomb (using only the Plastic Bag and Water Ration, and the process cannot be reversed.
