• Being in the town ranked #1 (earning the Legendary Towns! distinction) in the past season.
  • If this requirement is met, the player will join a town with this item in their Inventory.

Uses

• Winding, which gives Screaming Alarm Clock (ready).
  • The ready version will revert back to incomplete at Midnight.

Notes

• This item is only granted for the season following a victory (#1 in ranked towns). When the season ends, it no longer appears in the champion's Inventory, unless the champion wins again.
