Professional tools

Revised for Season 17

Professional tools are items that do not take up space in the inventory and cannot be dropped. Most of them are acquired automatically when the associated Hero class is played.

Items

• Town Uniform ( Dirty Uniform):
  • Everyone starts with this, the clean version reduces the chance to become Terrorised at Home during The Attack.
• Mountain bike (if mounted):
  • Can be found and used on by everyone, gives , can be dropped after dismounting.
• Worn-out sports shoes (after put on):
  • Can be found and put on by everyone, gives , will be dropped on Death.
• Camouflage Vest ( Camouflage Vest (not equipped!)):
  • Scouts only: 2 daily; When equipped, it hides from Zombies; Allows an estimate of nearby zombie numbers.
• Handyman's Toolbelt:
  • Technicians only: 6 daily; Allows to make key blanks in Explorable Ruins.
• Pre-war camera (4 charges) ( Pre-war camera (3 charges), Pre-war camera (2 charges), Pre-war camera (1 charge), Pre-war camera (empty)):
  • Available upon activating the Professional Photographer Skill: Can flash zombies giving a chance to escape a zone without Control.
• Riot Shield:
  • Guardians only: +2 Control Points; +5 Defence; +1 Home defence; +15 defence and +3 % survival on Watch.
• Small Spade:
  • Scavengers only: Improves Scavenging; Allows the depletion status of nearby zones to be checked; More in Explorable Ruins.
• Survival Book:
  • Survivalists only: Chance to gain 6 and fed/refreshed status in the World Beyond daily; 100 % Camping survival chance possible.
• Three-legged Labradoodle ( Well fed Labradoodle, Tired Labradoodle, No labradoodle):
  • Tamers only: Can execute 1 out of 6 possible commands daily; +5 defence on Watch.
• Voodoo Mask ( Private Towns only):
  • Shamans only: Sees Souls on the map, carry more than one, Convert them and use shamanic abilities.
