Second wind gives you an additional Heroic Action named Second lease of life with the description "Restore your APs and recover from exhaustion.". It restores your Base , meaning 6 or 5 when Wounded. As with other Heroic Actions you may only use it once per game and only one action may be used per day.

Now you have an extremely useful power which allows you to restore your health to 6 AP and recover from a "tired" status.
