• When installed, there is a colorful garland above your entry on the citizen's page.
• For Decorating the Home:

• Gives 5 decor points if in the Personal Chest
• If there during Death it counts towards the Decoration Distinction

Distinction

• Gain a Festive Decoration Distinction for each Hanging Crow garland at Home upon Death. Note that simply hanging it up and then unistalling it is not enough for the distinction.
