What should be a 54 card deck is, well, not. The missing cards don't stop you playing with them though, because every moment of enjoyment is to be treasured in this hellhole...

Playing with the deck of cards can give an extra when drawing an ace, the queen of hearts, or the card listing the rules of the game. Can be used once a day. There is also a chance that the card player is Terrorised after drawing the card (confirmation needed - possibly 1 in 54 chance?) with the message that the card they drew had their name on it written in blood. If you already have 7 AP (through dice or siesta time) you cannot use the cards.

Uses

• Chance of giving an extra once a day when used. A small chance of causing the player to be terrified.

Results

Typically you will draw a random card for no effect, the following results have some effect. It is possible to draw any of the standard 52 cards (its not really incomplete) as well as the game rules and the joker. The draw odds are unknown but presumably behaves as a 54 or 55 card deck (including rules and 1-2 jokers).

• You have drawn the... You scream as you discover your name is written on the card in blood ! You don't care who is behind this evil joke... You are now terrorised !
• You have drawn the... card with the game rules written on it. It makes you laugh so much that you win 1 .
• You have drawn the Queen of Hearts... The queen of hearts... The symbol of love... *sigh*... You have won 1 as compensation for your disillusionment.
• You have drawn the Ace of Hearts... It's a sign ! It just goes to show that there is no place for morals in this world... You have won 1 .
• You have drawn the Ace of Diamonds... It's a sign ! It just goes to show that there is no place for morals in this world... You have won 1 .
• You have drawn the Ace of Spades... It's a sign ! It just goes to show that there is no place for morals in this world... You have won 1 .
• You have drawn the Ace of Clubs... It's a sign ! It just goes to show that there is no place for morals in this world... You have won 1 .
