Pharmacy

The pharmacy holds the medical supplies of the town, mostly drugs. Their uses vary from giving extra to helping remove detrimental effects or injury. Consuming a drug will give you the Drugged status and consuming more in a single day will cause the Hooked! status. Certain drugs can also cause instant addiction.

You can combine two Pharmaceutical Products to receive one of the items below, with some exceptions. A Hero can create a laboratory upgrade in their house for a higher chance to get the better Twinoid 500mg.

Stimulants

• Betapropine 5mg - Gives 30
  • This was only available during the beta-testing phase of the game, as the name suggests. Now it is expired.
• Twinoid 500mg - Gives 8
• Anabolic Steroids - Gives 6
  • Feed to your Three-legged Labradoodle turning it into a Drugged Labradoodle which can carry heavy objects back to the bank.
• Betapropine 5mg (expired)
  • No effect (not even Drugged)
  • Gives 6 (confirm)
  • Gives 7 and Hooked!
  • Gives Terrorised
• Unlabelled Drug - Has one of several effects:
  • No effect (not even Drugged)
  • Gives 6
  • Gives 7 and Hooked!
  • Gives Terrorised

Status Recovery

• Bandage - Cures Wounded and gives Healed
  • As you don't take it internally, using a Bandage does not give Drugged or Hooked!
  • Since it has no use for satisfying Hooked!, you cannot use a Bandage if you are not Wounded or have just been Healed.
• Hydratone 100mg - Cures Thirsty, or upgrades Dehydrated! to Thirsty
• Paracetoid 7g - Cures Infected
• Valium Shot - Cures Terrorised

Miscellaneous

• Cyanide
  • Can be used for suicide or repairing the Incomplete Cafetière
• Pharmaceutical Products - Not usable individually, you combine two of these to produce one of the other drugs.
  • Also an ingredient for brewing a cup of Bloody Hot Coffee or mixing a Vial of Poison
• Water Purifying Tablets - Cleans water in a Full Jerrycan, though less efficiently than a town Water Purifier
  • You aren't eating the tablets, so there's no interaction with Drugged or Hooked!
  • No good news, addicts; it's not even a suppository.
• Thick Solution
