• If used, the town forum messages will be altered for the user the next day.

• For restoring up to the maximum +2 (means 8 for a healthy Citizen)

• Gives the status effect Drugged (gives Hooked! if already Drugged)
• Removes the status effect Exhausted
• Removes the status effect Clean

• For cooking in the Kitchen:

• Successful cooking gives Tasty Homemade Dish, a failure gives Dodgy Homemade Dish

Distinction

• Consuming it counts towards the Drugs Distinction.
