The Riot Shield is the tool Guardians use to protect their neighbors and themselves.

This defensive shield gives the Guardian up to 6 Control Points when in the World Beyond, starting at 4 points and gaining another point (each) if the Hero loyalty bonuses Healthy Body and/or Brick S**thouse are unlocked.

The Riot Shield also allows the town to have +30 extra (or more if the Guard Tower is built) during The Attack (if the guardian is inside the town walls during the attack). It also gives the Guardian a +1 personal defence point.
