The purpose of this page is to organize and explain items that should not be brought back town, and those that should.
ONLY one of each of these should always be in town
- Hacksaw, or Broken Hacksaw Every town longs for the day that they see the hacksaw. Reduces conversion costs at the Workshop
- Dice : may grant free
- Incomplete Deck of Cards : may grant free , warning-chance to become Terrorised
- Cafetière, or Incomplete Cafetière : needed for creating Bloody Hot Coffee
- Cyanide : needed for Cafetière
- Teddy Bear : may cure Terrorised
- Engine, or Engine (incomplete) : needed for Home Laboratory-4, Constructions
- EMS System (charged), or EMS System (incomplete) : emergency
- Pocket Vibrator (charged), Pocket Vibrator (incomplete) : cures Terrorised
Should always be brought to town
List is in a sort of order, but also depends on the town's needs. As you can only carry one heavy item, you should always try and fill this "heavy item" slot !

- Rotting Log, Scrap Metal : as filler
- Pharmaceutical Products : for drugs, coffee, constructions
- Food
- Pharmacy- especially high value drugs and bandages
- Full Jerrycan / Stagnant Water Can
- Home Storage, Boxes, Iron Chest
- Opened packet of Cigarettes
- Carrying capacity expanders: Manbag, Shopping Trolley, Ultra-Rucksack, Utility belt
- Souls: Aimless Soul, Powerful Soul, Weak Soul : needed for bonus points, constructions. (may be left behind for later, though)
- Key Blanks : Bottle Opener Blank, Bump Key Blank, Magnetic Key Blank : needed for opening doors in Explorable Ruins
- Boxes/Sealed Boxes : Try to open them in the desert, depending on situation/ contents!

Should not be brought back to town
- Quality Log : This is the same as Rotting Log except a heavy object with decoration points (useless).
- Strong Spices: has only one use, to use up 12 AP to make 7 AP.
- « Pine Fresh » Smoke Bomb: Helps griefers get away with stuff.
- Green Imp Suit : Helps griefers to steal.
- Mini HI-Fi (Broken): costs a Electronic component to repair, and the final product only provides decoration
- Cursed Cuddly Toy : may only cause Terrorised
- Junk, ie: Crushed Battery, Unrecognisable Remains
- Decoration Only, ex: Doormat, Mini HiFi (on), Wad of Cash
- Padlock and Chain : as long as you have no selfish guys in town..
- Poisoned / Infected Items
- Vial of Poison : only use for killing citizens
- Bloody Dressing : only use for killing citizens
- Sand Ball : only useable outside to potentially hurt citizens
- Radio Cassette Player, or Radio Cassette Player (no battery) : enough of them are granted at the town's start
- Camping items : Festering Flesh, Groundsheet, Sheet of Plywood : they are needed OUTSIDE
