- The in-game message still claims the
Citizen becomes Terrorised but actually it won't happen.

- If read and a new Roleplay text is found, it counts towards the
Roleplayer 
Distinction.
Notes[edit]
- It cannot be used to remove Terrorised status.
- It cannot prevent you from getting Terrorised when you are on
Watch or when 
Zombies intruding your 
Home during 
The Attack. - Mostly used with the
