• The following resources must be in The Bank and will be used up after completion:

•   2×  Metal Support
•   1×  Sheet Metal

• Citizens must spend 50 to complete the building.

• The costs can be reduced to 47 / 44 / 41 / 38 / 33 by Upgrading the Workshop.

Effects

• Completing the Small Fence provides 60  Defence points for the Town.
