More justice is always better, so perhaps it is a good choice to make it twice as easy to bring justice to a citizen, no matter rightfully or wrongly.

Construction

• Requirements for the Construction:

• The People’s Court must have been unlocked with a blueprint:

• Construction Blueprint (rare)
• Hotel Construction Blueprint (rare)

• The Building Registry must have been completed.
• The following resources must be in The Bank and will be used up after completion:

• 10×  Twisted Plank
• 10×  Wrought Iron
•   1×  Järpen Table
•   1×  Wire Reel
•   2×  Radio Cassette Player

• Citizens must spend 12 to complete the building.

• The costs can be reduced to 11 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 by Upgrading the Workshop.

Effects

• Complaints are twice as effective, so as little as four complaints submitted by Heroes are needed to Shun or Hang a Citizen or to put them in the Meat Locker.

Changes

• In Season 16:
  • Parent building changed from Foundations to Building Registry.
  • Resource cost changed to ×10 ×10 ×1 ×1 ×2.
  • The rarity of the building increased from Construction Blueprint (uncommon) to Construction Blueprint (rare).
• In Season 6:
  • Rescource cost raised from ×6, ×5, ×1 to ×6, ×15, ×1
  • The rarity of the building decreased from Construction Blueprint (rare) to Construction Blueprint (uncommon).
