- When built, every day after The Attack, a Construction Blueprint (uncommon) is placed inside the bank (additionally to the Construction Blueprint (common) from the Architect's Study), allowing the town to discover new constructions.
- Upgrading the Builder's Merchant increases the yield, the town gets more and better Blueprints.

- Builder's Merchant was added.
- InSeason 16:
- The Builder's Merchant has nothing to do with upgrading your Home anymore.
- The effect that you were not able to upgrade your Home past the House without the Builder's Merchant was removed (and moved to Urban plan in a different form).
- It is upgradable now (Replacements for the no longer existent Architect's Study upgrades).
- Resource cost changed to ×10 ×5 ×8 ×2 ×1 ×1 ×1 ×1 ×2 ×1.
- The Builder's Merchant has nothing to do with upgrading your Home anymore.
