Use

• When built, every day after The Attack, a Construction Blueprint (uncommon) is placed inside the bank (additionally to the Construction Blueprint (common) from the Architect's Study), allowing the town to discover new constructions.
• Upgrading the Builder's Merchant increases the yield, the town gets more and better Blueprints.
