Easter is the time of forgiveness. That's why people aren't hanged now, but tortured to death with the smell of chocolate.

Use

• The cross is a substitute for the Gallows during the Easter Festivities.
• Once the cross is built, any citizen who receives 8 complaints (4 complaints with People's Court) will be immediately crucified and killed.
  • Crucifying a citizen in Town returns their items to The Bank.
  • You can crucify citizens who are in the World Beyond. This will cause all items they are carrying to be dropped in their current zone.
• A Shunned citizen requires a further 8 complaints to be crucified, although the original complaints can be resubmitted. Any unshunned citizens who reach 8 complaints whilst a cross is present will be immediately crucified without being shunned.
• The cross can only be used once, it vanishes after one crucifixion. If further lynchings are desired the cross has to be rebuilt.

Distinction

• Getting crucified counts towards the Crucifixion Distinction.
