• The Miniature Armory must have been completed.
• The following resources must be in The Bank and will be used up after completion:

•   5×  Patchwork Beam
•   2×  Handful of nuts and bolts
•   3×  Unshaped Concrete Blocks
•   2×  Sheet Metal
•   1×  Radio Cassette Player

• Citizens must spend 50 to complete the building.

• The costs can be reduced to 47 / 44 / 41 / 38 / 33 by Upgrading the Workshop.

Effects

• Gives a 30 % increase in Defence for Furniture-like Guard Weapons used by the Watchmen.
