Construction

• Requirements for the Construction:

• The Underground city must have been unlocked with a blueprint:

• Construction Blueprint (rare)
• Bunker Construction Blueprint (rare)

• The Foundations must have been completed.
• The following resources must be in The Bank and will be used up after completion:

•   3×  Handful of nuts and bolts
•   5×  Semtex
• 10×  Wrought Iron
• 20×  Patchwork Beam
• 20×  Metal Support

• Citizens must spend 500 to complete the building.

• The costs can be reduced to 470 / 440 / 410 / 375 / 325 by Upgrading the Workshop.

Effects

• Completing the Underground city provides 400  Defence points for the Town.

Distinctions

• As the Underground city is a Foundations building, all Citizens alive will earn the Extreme Projects Distinction on completion.
